We answer within 5 working days. For a purchase problem or a lost game, these three lines save us a round trip:
- the device and its system (for example "iPhone 13, iOS 18");
- the game version, shown in ⚙ Settings → About;
- what you expected, and what happened instead.
Frequently asked questions
I changed phone — where is my game?
It is waiting on your account: since version 1.0.1, the game sends it online every time you leave it (iCloud on iPhone and iPad, Google Play Games on Android). Install the game on the new device, signed in to the same account, and tap "Recover a game" on the home screen.
If the old device never left the game with a recent version, the game existed only on it and we cannot recover it: the game keeps no copy at the publisher's. To send it by hand: ⚙ Settings → Change device.
The game is asking me to choose between two games
That is deliberate. Two devices each wrote on their own side since your last exchange, and we never merge two games: adding two treasuries together would build a game the engine could not have produced. Both are shown side by side with their progress; you keep the one you want, and the one you set aside is not destroyed straight away.
I bought soul shards and they did not arrive
Purchases are delivered as soon as the store confirms them, which can take a moment. If they are still missing:
- check your connection and restart the game;
- shop → Restore purchases;
- if nothing comes back, write to us and attach the store receipt (Google Play or App Store), which carries the order number.
"Restore purchases" does not give my soul shards back
That is expected, and not specific to this game. Google and Apple can only re-deliver unconsumed purchases: a pack of soul shards you have spent is, to the store, a completed order. Restoring therefore returns a running subscription, not resources already spent.
What really protects your purchases is the online save: the game it sends contains your soul shards. That is the only reason the feature exists.
How do I get a refund?
Payments do not go through us: they go through Google Play or the App Store, and they are the ones who refund.
- Google Play — play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
- App Store — reportaproblem.apple.com
If their procedure does not succeed, write to us: we cannot refund in their place, but we can support a request.
How do I cancel the subscription?
The Monthly Blessing is cancelled where it was taken out, never inside the game:
- Android — Google Play → Menu → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions;
- iPhone / iPad — Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Time already paid for stays active until its end date.
The game is in the wrong language
⚙ Settings, right at the top. The two entries are each written in their own language — "Français" and "English" — so that you can find yours without being able to read the other.
Is there any advertising?
Never forced. On iPhone and iPad, Virgil, who wanders the circles, offers a favour for a short advert — only if you go and find him —, and the Gate one free invitation a day the same way. No advert ever opens by itself. On Android and in the browser, there is no advertising at all.
Are there paid chests or random draws?
The scroll calls a randomly drawn angel to the Gate and is paid for in soul shards. The plain one draws everything; the azure or golden one guarantees the colour of the angel's name, the rest still being drawn. Each shows its odds before you take it — the "?" bubble next to it in the Shop —, for your current Trial. Everything sold for real money states exactly what it delivers: a number of soul shards, a reserve of hours, a subscription.
The light gathered in Hell can also be exchanged in the Shop for a randomly drawn lot (soul shards or gold, an invitation, a boon); its odds are written on each card, and light cannot be bought.
How do I erase my data?
- The game on the device — ⚙ Settings → "Start over", or uninstall the app.
- The game uploaded online — through Google Play Games ("Delete game data") or your device's iCloud settings. It is on your account, not with us: you control it directly.
The detail is in the privacy policy.
Does the game work offline?
Entirely. A connection is only used to buy, to send your game to your account when you leave the game, and for Virgil's optional adverts on iPhone and iPad. Without a network, everything else works.
